Wall Push-ups and favorite excercises

Good whatever people!!

Now what to say, I have been exercising everyday for the past two weeks and I love it. What do I do? Lets see, running, dance, pilates, oh and wall push-ups...no I'm not kidding. Through out my day I usually stop about four or five times and do about 20 wall push ups, because I justdon't have time to drop to the floor (and they are pretty fun give me a break).
Then every night I also do pilates, which I absolutely love!! If you want a way to tone and stretch your body, I would recommend doing this. It helps tone and is amazing, then on top of that I usually do a little cardio every other day or so and that is it. Nothing more and I am mainly surprised by how I can see the results in my arms from the wall push-ups. I love it, I am seeing changes in my body. Fit, beautiful, awesome changes. So, I believe I am going to start doing before and after pics...but I am hesitant.
Because that is who I am lol.Shy me...anyways, it is not that hard (well the exercising is hard) to get in shape, just exercise everyday and watch what you eat. My main problem is overeating, thus keeping track of how much you eat is very important as well.
With that in mind, I wonder what everyone Else's favorite way to exercise is??
There is a bunch of ways to get active from running, biking, swimming, rock-climbing, to even yes...wall push-ups. Remember it is the baby steps that get you to the amazing leaps of where you want to be.
With that I will log off and wish you luck, Peace!!

Great Accomplishments Cannot Happen in a Day

Good Whatever Everyone!!

It has been a while since I have written, and I am surprised at how much time has past since I have actually posted. It is weird how time passes by so quickly, especially when you get older. As each year passes, time seems to go by much faster than it did the previous year and then before you know it another year is already gone again.

I don't know why but I end up reflecting on the mistakes I have made, my failed attempts, everything that has gone wrong. But I believe that is because I measure my accomplishments based on what everyone thinks is true accomplishment. Thus, it makes it look like I have not really achieved anything and I am here to tell you that what I reflect on is completely wrong.

I want you think about your heroes, the people in history that are inspirational. Now tell me, how long did it take them to get to that point? A day? A month? A year? You see the world only remembers a certain day, moment in time when that person did something truly great. What we need to realize is that it took them much longer to get to that point.

They each took years to build up and make themselves who they were at that moment. It takes effort, determination, and fearlessness to get back up after they have fallen. To see their mistakes and know what to do so they will not make it again. Each hero may have become famous or known by a moment or work, but it takes years of effort to reach just that moment.

So for those, feeling unaccomplished I tell you that you can not achieve everything in a day, it may take some time. Therefore try your best each day and if you fail do not worry because there is always tomorrow...and the day after that.
Love you all!

Blackberry Dressing & Story Combinations

Good Whatever Everyone,

So I have finally narrowed down the story I want to work on. I'm very excited to work on this. I had several stories I wanted to work on, especially three which were similar to each other but I just didn't like certain aspects of it. So I decided to combine all three of them together, adding my favorite things about each story and I must say it is going well. ^_^

I've also been trying to eat healthy and exercise, which slightly harder. I did find my new favorite salad dressing, Blackberry Vinaigrette. It may sound weird but I love it, so I love having chicken salad with that delicious dressing. I still need to find some easy to make, healthy food ideas. That is my main problem finding quick, healthy goodness. So, if anyone has other healthy, easy to make food let me know. It can't have nuts though, I am allergic to tree nuts. Now anything besides food with tree nuts is good.

Anyways, I'm going to continue my writing and you guys continue whatever it was before I distracted with my random thoughts. Love you all, Peace!

Online Applications...

Good Whatever everyone!!

So....I'm sure most of you have done Online applications before. I mean nowadays EVERYTHING is done on the internet. We are in the technology age my friends. But job applications online annoy me more than I can say.

Let me say in my defense before I tell you what happened, that I have never done anything wrong. I am actually a good employee and I am a fast learner, I have no criminal record of any kind and I am pretty awesome on a cash register...just saying.

But anyways, I went in for a job interview today and the guy wanted to hire. He just needed to put things into the computer and such. I waited for five minutes then he came back in saying, "I need you to come in and finish your application. It's saying its incomplete."  So I did.
And all that was left was the assessment...which I don't know why but the assessment is always a pain in the butt to me. I fail it, I don't know what I do wrong or anything. But I always end up messing it up and not being able to apply. Same thing happened with this..then again the manager said he didn't know how to run that well because had hired anyone in almost a year. So I'm hoping that he can figure out the problem cuz I really really needed the job.

After I finished everything though it wouldn't let him progress to the next step of hiring...they kept blocking him and he apologized and said, "If I figure something out I'll call you." But I pretty much got kicked to the curb. If anyone knows how to fix PLEASE let me know lol. Because it is driving me up the wall. I need a job, I'm not a bad worker. And I can't save up or do anything without income.

Anyways....I hope everyone else is having a better day then me...I am praying that it was just a fluke on the managers part and he'll call me tomorrow...but all in all its back to applying board which isn't that helpful in the first place.
 Love you all & PEACE!!

Writings & Questions of the Week for You!!

Good evening, morning...you know Good whatever everyone!!

Today, I went job hunting and now I am determined to go through all my writings and figure out which ones to keep and which ones to toss.

I guess my writing is more under the young adult fantasy type. Except I don't like the super cheesy teenage romances, though I will read them and think about how super cheesy they are. But, I have known I wanted to be write of some kind ever since I was 11 years old. I believe it was after I saw Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring. I loved the story idea and I thought "Why can't I create a world like that?"

So, I just started writing and I have been writing ever since. I love creating different worlds and characters, it has in a way become therapeutic to me. I would love to someday get my writings published but as of now I'm just going to work on getting something finished.

I have so many ideas that when I come up with one I start writing, then I'll suddenly come up with another one and start writing that one. I have ended up with several unfinished book ideas some I don't remember even writing. So, I am going to buckle down on one or two stories and just work on those and see where they go.

Now I am going to start ending these with questions of the day and today I have two.

Question 1: What do you consider your therapeutic getaway?
Question 2: What do you do (writer or not) to keep yourself organized?

Would love to hear your answers to all who read this thanks for stopping out. Now I must get back to work. Peace! And talk to you soon!

A little more of Introductions and Rambling

Hey everyone,

So far, I have been keeping up on my resolutions...though it has only been one day. Today was a normalish day I spent time at home with my dogs doing online applications cuz my car is in the shop.

I think I will take this time to explain a little more about myself. I was born in Spokane, Washington and I have lived in this area all my life. I have dreamed of traveling and going to different places all my life. Yet, I have not been able to do so there has always been little road blocks in the way. Such as money, family, and on occasion the friend who isn't really a friend but just a person who likes you to drag you down.

About seven months ago though, my sister in law and her kids came to visit us for a little while because my brother had just left for Afghanistan. Military. One day we were talking and she jokingly said I should move down to Kentucky with her and I responded jokingly with a yes. Then a couple weeks later I was actually on a plane down to Kentucky.

I enjoyed my time down there up until two weeks ago when I came back home to Washington, I became good friends Brittanie and loved spending time with my niece and nephew. I am happy to be home but I do miss Brittanie and the kids.
My goal though is to save up money and move (hence it being one of my resolutions).

Well, since I just did rambling I think I'll stop there tonight. I hope everyone has a good day, night, morning...whatever. Peace!

Introductions are mandatory....

Hey world,
My name is Kati, though it is not the first day of the new year I am starting this with a goal in mind: To become a better me!
I have resolutions that I am determined to make come true, actually I've been wanting them to come true for a couple years now. But I seem to always get stuck in a rut and I end up not following through. So, I thought how I could make this work.
Then I thought maybe if I posted it publically on the internet writing everything down, that might help. Hence, here I am writing to no one at first but I hope I get a few people to help support me with this.
My resolutions this year are this:
 1. Like so many in the world, to get fit and shape. I actually lost 33 pounds last year, but I want to be more determined and be more serious (I wasn't trying too hard last year).
 2. Move to Seattle or Portland, now this is where I'm torn I love both places and I weighing my options because of my other goals but I WILL MOVE THIS YEAR!!!
 3. Start acting classes...I have always loved acting have been doing this since I was a kid and I would love to start honing my skills again to see if I actually have any talent.
 4. Finish a novel. This should be at the top of my list but I'm putting here because I have other things that are slightly more important. I love writing and have actually started several projects but alas they remain unfinished. Thus, this year I am determined to figure out my most important project and work on that and finish it....wish me luck.
 5.  BECOME FEARLESS! I have a habit of not being a very confident, sure person. But this year I want to try things experience each day like its my last and no longer be afraid of what people think and become someone I can be proud of.

So with all this in mind, I plan to write about a couple times a week...to every day. It will range depending on how slow life is. I would love support through my journey through life. Maybe I can help as well and we can all work together to Become Fearless (which is my motto or whatever lol) so welcome to the Tea Party. Let my life begin.
